Under the condition of high friction, high flexibility, and high pressure, our tension roller retains a high abrasion resistance performance so the belt tension extent can be easily controlled and slippery resulting in belt damage can be avoided. With our tension roller, the belt can be driven smoothly and driving speed can be adjusted in time, also when the belt is coiled the belt length can be accurately measured. Advanced production lines are largely dependant on its tension system, in which except that the control component plays an important role, the function of tension roller is of critical importance.

Our tension rollers are used in many advanced production lines in large steel companies, aluminum belt manufacturing companies home and abroad. The size and material of the tube may vary, but are typically made of aluminum. When you pull down on the roller shade it increases the tension on the spring. When you stop pulling, a ratchet and pin hold the tension on the spring on one end of the roller shade.
